If you are new to North Carolina A&T State University, you can submit a photo online for your first University ID card. Please read the information below before submitting your photo. All photos are subject to approval by the Aggie OneCard Center, and you will be notified of your photo's status via your N.C. A&T email.
All N.C. A&T students, faculty, and staff receive their first Aggie OneCard at no charge. New students will receive their Aggie OneCards at orientation. Faculty and staff can pick up their cards at the Aggie OneCard Center from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Distance learning students must also obtain their Aggie OneCard in person at the Aggie OneCard Center.
If you are a current student and would like a new photo on your Aggie OneCard, a replacement fee will apply. Expired cards will be replaced free of charge. If you have questions about your Aggie OneCard, please contact the Aggie OneCard Center at 336.334.7114 or via email card@ncat.edu.
In addition to your photo, you will need to upload a government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport, or high school ID) showing your name. The photo on the ID must resemble the cardholder.
